Andrea is a story and literacy specialist. In this space you will find Andrea's storytelling calendar,blogs and storytelling profile.
Andrea's mother often said of Andrea
"she was born talkin an tellin tales".
Andrea has been performing and teaching storytelling professionally since 1992. It has been said her storytelling style is pure magic. From the moment she begins to speak her audiences are caught up in the magic of story. Her tales are told to audiences from 0 to 100. Her repertoire includes over two hundred stories and growing. She has told in venues throughout the United States including Disney World Florida, First Night in Boston, and more recently in Europe at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic , several English pre-schools and at the Royal Crescent Park in Bath ,England. Andrea has taught storytelling workshops/residencies at Tufts University,NEATE Conference, Lesley College, public and private schools and festivals across the country. Andrea is a member of Young Audiences of Massachusetts

Featured Artist: From 9:30-11am we’ll feature actor, storyteller, swashbuckler and puppeteer, Alan White. Alan has been performing for audiences of all ages for over 20 years. Though well versed in folk and fairy tales from around the world, Alan’s performance will focus on African folk story traditions.
9:30am - 12:30pm Traditional storytellers include: Norah Dooley, Danielle Schulman, Cindy Rivka Marshall, Andrea Lovett, Nicolette Heavey and Tony Toledo.
